  • Instructors are responsible for creating and delivering course content.
  • Instructors are paid a percentage of the course profits based on enrollment numbers.

8. Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment.
  • Refunds are subject to the academy’s refund policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, including videos, lectures, and materials, is the property of Tangier Academy.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any course content without our express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
